The training considered are the ones delivered in Brussels, Dar el Salaam, Milan, and Maputo plus the one organized by UNDP Copenhagen on Electoral Procurement in October 2008.

Obviously, the EU and UN are the two organizations that appointed the most officials/officers/specialists to participate to the training sessions. The UN is the larger target institution with 37% of the total participants, followed by the EU with 23%.

However, participation is fairly distributed among all the other target bodies and institutions, such as other development partners’ agencies, EMBs and other electoral assistance providers. The gender distribution is relatively balanced with men outnumbering women in Africa and Europe and women outnumbering men in America and Asia.
